I was having a hard time to choose from which dac, what kind of amps, tubes or solid state? How much should I spend? And how to stack them up in my little office desk? Finally, I decided to go with this all in one. Really love how airy holographic, details, strong tight bass, clean mid and very crispy high. I paired this gem with Focal Chora 806, and I can not stop listening. I am super happy for this choice and I am sure I can live with this setup for a very very long time... Go for it! 5 |

I've had very costly solid state and Tube headphone amps. This one was not the most expensive. It had plenty of gain (especially with Mullard 12ax7) and a lush, warm signature. It lacks NO detail vs very costly amps. It's sound is much nicer and more natural than Schiit audio. I am glad to support American jobs and get a superb amp. It sounds great at *ANY* price. 5 |

The solid-state analog circuitry provides a very pleasing sound when using clean channel. The stock speaker is fine and does not need to be replaced per various YouTube videos. The sound is warm and almost like a tube amp as notes and chords trail off gently in waves. This amp is perfectly suited for me as an older guitar player who plays blues, rock and jazz at relatively low volume levels. I always look forward to playing guitar and hearing this amp and will continue to use and enjoy its clean channel with a $25 Azor analog reverb pedal. I strongly recommend this amp to anyone who wants that British tube like amp sound without spending a ton of money. 5 |
