Classic Wow Flash Of Light

Wow. Flash light I purchased broke. Coast replaced no hassles. 5 |

I expected a small flash light... but WOW! The weight of this light is perfect. Not whimpey, you know it is in your hand and has strength in its performance. I tend to over-tighten things so I was a bit gentle on the twist-to-lock lens slide... but it has a lock and it works! The recharge port is sweet. Twist open the back and plug in... easy and effective. This is my go to light! 5 |

I have only had a chance to use this a couple of time but wow. Really love how it extends the flash while using my 300mm and how light and easy to set it up. 5 |

Wow, what a great macro twin flash lighting system! I am now able to hand hold my camera and get 1:1 macro images of bees, bugs, etc. I am really impressed with it, and it is so much cheaper than Canon's twin flash. I like that I can move the light and position it closer, or further away, I can change the strength of the light, etc. If you are at all serious about macro, it is well worth the money! 5 |

Bought this light for getting critters out from under mobile home. Wow ! Gets them moving in a flash! They’ve got nowhere to hide! Thanks Coast! 5 |

Wow. This picture says it all. I put a collage together to show exactly what you pay for nthe collage on the left with the pictures stacked on top of one another (3) is the extended version of the flash light. Meaning you pull the head and then base apart and there's a bar light that's exposed. Those three show how bright that bar light itself is. The collage on the right is the compact-in-hand not extended version of the flash light a the brightness ad the range that the light like that has with the focus all the way focused. This small compact design has got a BIG light on it and I know without a doubt lol. NEVER NOT BE ABLE TO SEE UNLESS I DON'T WANT TO lol. Worth every copper penny. 5 |

I'm a loyal HP5 and at this point, will continue to use it as my go-to just because I have developed a comfort with it and I can get what I want out of it. With that being said, WOW. This is a beautiful film stock. I put several rolls through my Mamiya 6 and I was blown away by the outcome. Note: I developed in Rodinal at box speed. First of all, there is increased grain vs HP5 but that does not take away from the experience for me since the grain is subtle and adds this classic feel like old French films. The tones are rich with a nice contrast without being too in your face. If you're looking for a classic look with a little more speed, I would definitely recommend. 5 |
