Classroom Timer Multiple Alarms

I use the product daily in my high school classroom. It works great. I like the timer feature on this model. It's good for timing discussion times between students, etc. For some reason, the students think the green laser is especially cool.

Very small remote that allows you to take multiple photos in front of camera without having to use self timer.

I bought the TC-80N3 primarily for its intervalometer so I could use it for time lapse work, but I after using it in a number of shooting setups I am really pleased with its overall functionality. You can easily couple the exposure timer with the interval timer, and even the exposure count if you want to do a set number of frames. Also the power consumption is amazing, and one battery last FOREVER (though I do always carry a spare, I haven't used it yet). The only thing I will say against the TC-80N3 is it's not the most intuitive tool in that if you aren't paying attention you can have multiple settings running at the same time accidentally. I do wish there was a faster way to zero out all settings, but outside of that it is perfect for what you need if you want a bulb controller with multiple functions. Also, if you breeze through the manual real quick when you buy it then you'll have the whole thing wired in no time, and that will minimize any issues with your set up.

I purchased this with the intent of using it for group photos, especially at family events. It's great for that - no need to use the timer and I can take multiple shots in the same amount of time I would usually take one. As others have said, the downside is the need for line-of-sight with the sensor on the camera. I ended up purchasing a cable release as well (RS-60E3). The two devices complement each other well and hardly take up any room in my bag.

The RC-6 let's you skip the timer and dash method of getting in the group portrait. You can snap multiple shots within moments, providing more pics to select from.

This radio replaced an old one, easy to setup the two alarms, I really recommend it

We have been using these in a k-5 classroom setting. Never had a problem.

I own at least 7 APC backups not only for computers but, for alarms, TV, and other such devices. APC is the way to protect and keep them working.
