Clean Room Air Conditioners

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Yes, power conditioners are boring. If you only have a laptop and an audio interface, you may even feel they are unnecessary. However, once you get more gear, you definitely need clean power to supply it all. If you have operated without one, and then add one in, it can clean up things that you did not fully notice before. I already use one of these, but I had to get another for a second gear set I'm building.

I set up the unit in my hobby room to clean dust from my camera gear and collectibles. No complaints, works as advertised. This unit will not give you a narrow stream of air like using the narrow tube provided with most compressed cans of air. However, for 90% of my cleaning applications its ideal.

This is the third Air free that I have purchased from B&H. I chose the Tulip design because it handles one room well. If you're air circulation is good it will handle two rooms. I have one of these in the kitchen one of the living room and one of my bedroom. The change in the air was noticeable. Easier maintenance than anything else I have ever tried.
