I received the new cartage and installed it in the printer. Went to print a document and the computer would not talk to the printer. It seem that windows 10 will not communicate with a HP deskjet 9600. have tried several things but none thing works. NEW cartage no printer?????? 5 |

Pleased that my not used in 4 years HP OfficeJet 6500A could be readily used, once I managed to clean the print head. (This is not a computer generated cleaning--this is taking the print head out and soaking in in rubbing alcohol. Can't readily do this with Espon machines, even the prograde Epsons.) 5 |

I like the fact that HP makes it possible to remove and clean the whole print head, totally unlike Epson which makes it next to impossible for the user to remove the print head and clean it out with alcohol and/or ammonia, can't do that with even the pro-Epson machines. Pro-Canon inkjet printers have a removable printhead. 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |
