Clear Backpack Debate

I got the 15L after much debate on what would be the perfect size camera backpack for me. Most other ones I looked at were either enormous or too small (I have a small sling that fills that need). Quality: Amazing. Perhaps the most well-made backpack I've ever had. Durable materials, soft interior, magnetic and zip pockets, just really overall great design. Regarding size: The 15L is perhaps SLIGHTLY smaller than I anticipated, I think somewhere around 18L would've been the sweet spot for my needs. In this I can fit basically all my camera gear, but little else. It fits my APS-C, a few lenses, my DJI Mini2 w/ Controller, 13" Macbook Pro, and some random dongles and accessories. Maybe a snack. It's not a huge issue cause I rarely ever pack all that at once, but it happens. Secondly, the straps are a little tight. To be expected on a smaller bag like this, but something to keep in mind if you're a guy with broad shoulders, you'll likely have to loosen the straps close to all the way for it to be comfortable. Would still totally recommend this for someone looking for a smaller backpack, but just a couple things to keep in mind. 5 |

You can debate whether to use a UV filter to protect your lens, but there's no debating B+W filters for value. 5 |

A couple of weeks ago, I reviewed this product and included the following comment: ... Despite its large functional space, it is a little smaller than a school satchel or laptop case. When I ordered the bag, I told my wife I wanted something more discrete than my Lowepro sling .... Mostly in jest, she referred to the bag as my man purse. I don't think it is that small, but I guess it depends on who's using it.... I'll leave the man bag debate for another day. The man bag debate came up in my recent trip to Italy. Since my last time in Florence and Venice, restrictions on photos (with or without flash) have become more strict as have the ability to bring *certain* bags into museums and churches. On at least two occasions (the Uffizi in Florence and St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice), I was permitted to enter with this bag whereas other with backpacks (including Lowepro photo backpacks) were turned away or directed to the bag check. This saved me from leaving $3,000 plus of camera equipment in an unlocked coat room, which wasn't going to happen. My goal was something more discrete, and I achieved my goal with the bag ... at least for that trip. 5 |

Debate the image quality 'til the cows come home. It's great for the size image I print. 5 |

Ok well there is alot of debate about this lens but when i comes down to it... just buy it! I normally use primes but this lens is very sharp and one of the very few that ofter a 2.8 zoom with IS which is not as fast as I would like but there is nothing out there with a good range that is 1.8 or even 1.4. The price is steep for not getting a better build quality, but it is the same construction as say the Canon 60 macro. the USM is very fast I recommend the factory hood for this lens as well. 5 |

There is always a debate about whether to protect your expensive Leica lenses with or without a filter - the point being a filter will diminish the performance of your expensive lens. I have not found any quality or sharpness degradation with BW filters. High quality made in Germany. I personally will put a high-quality filter for protection over my expensive lenses and BW is a great choice. 5 |

The variable ND feature on the mattebox is so pleasant to use. There’s often a debate about colour shifts from the ND, it shifts yellow/green slightly warmer, but it works in the aesthetic I like. It gives my sharper lenses a beautiful fall off and paired with my vintage rehoused cinema glass, creates a really beautiful look. Correcting the colour is simple in camera or in post if it isn’t the look you’re going for The mattebox is robust and small but high quality for any lensing options you have. I’m a fan. 5 |

This is an amazing lens. There's nothing to debate. Amazing image quality, quick to focus, excellant bokeh. Great bang for the buck. Just buy it! 5 |

Purchased as my first printer after alot of debate. Very easy to set up and run first try. Included pla printed a solid benchy and it didn't take a complete beginner long to get a roll of petg dialed in to print nearly flawlessly. Haven't had any print failures yet, this unit definitely seems to be much refined from previous ender models and lacks most of the issue they had. 5 |

I bought this filter to help take the edge off of my digital captures. After much research and debate with those that use this extensively, I decided to pull the trigger. After performing a filter test, this filter is exactly what I wanted. It takes the hard edge of digital and eases it into a more filmic look. it doesn't do hardly anything to the overall sharpness of the image. Just the edges a slight bit. I plan on using it on every shot from here on out...it's just that nice of a look. 5 |
