To get the best images from my IPhone 14 Pro I wanted to use the mount on a tripod and remote shutter release. The Shape mount allows for easy mounting of your phone just by turning a screw instead of fighting those spring loaded mounts that are so much work. I can l mount phone with one hand, tighten the screw and you are set. We'll made and the all aluminum build with padded grips just feels so much more secure versus plastic sprin load.

I got the Samsung SSD 850 PRO 512GB. It's total quality at an affordable price. The "Migration" software was a breeze, just click and it cloned my old hard drive seamlessly. After cloning was done, just flip over the laptop pop open the cover for the HDD, remove some screw's and slip in your awesome Samsung SSD, pop the screw's in, replace the cover and your ready to compute at an incredible rate. Prepare to be shocked at the speed of this drive! You'll feel like a real Pro with the Samsung PRO SSD.

I was looking to attach a lanyard to my universal camera handle grip. Since the handle has a 1/4 screw hole on the bottom, this screw fit perfectly. I threaded a length of cord through the D-Ring. While not a perfect solution, this works well when I have a lightweight point-and-shoot camera attached to the handle grip.

I love the fact that it is universal. It's very tight-fitting, and people might complain about requiring a hex screw to remove it, but I found that a plus. I use it with a RRS screw clamp (compatible with most if not all Arca Swiss QR systems) that has a tripod mount below, so truly I can fit it on both Arca mounts and tripod mounts just by adding/removing the RRS screw clamp.

There's nothing wrong with these universal plates (except maybe the price). They are well made and hold securely. Just check the screw tightness on occasion. Don't over tighten and break anything, but make sure it is snug- you'll likely have an expensive camera/lens counting on that connection plate and screw.

I am still in the honeymoon phase of owning this ball head, but honestly I couldn't be happier. The controls are silky smooth, the ball movement is just as silky. The adjustments aren't touchy, so it's really easy to dial in just the right amount of tension time and time again. The clamp screw is captive so it is impossible to accidentally unscrew it all the way. The only real complaint is the universal plate. It attaches via a hex-head allen wrench instead of a d-ring or slotted head. It just doesn't grip the bottom of my D610 well at all, requiring constant retightening of the screw as it just twists loose way too easy. I expected this from the get-go though. I'd highly recommend picking up a camera specific L-bracket instead of relying upon the universal plate provided.

I screw and Loctite these into Universal Aluminum Arca Swiss clamps from everyone's favorite online general store to make light and inexpensive Spider Holster pin to Arca plate adapters. I put them on all my Arca-plated cameras, and carry them on a Spider Pro belt at my waist. This keeps the camera and lens weight off my neck, lower back and shoulders - no neck-strapped cameras for me. It also lets me quickly grab a camera for shooting. The resulting adapters are easy to remove when I want to tripod-mount a camera.

I first bought the Arca-Swiss universal plate, but found it attached with an allen wrench, something you do not want to have to carry around. This one has a screw you can rotate with your fingers and is a lot cheaper; also has anti-twist guards that pop up if you want to use them.
