Client Type Quickbooks Online

Not every client trusts the security and privacy of online transmissions. Or they may want a convenient way to transport their photos wherever they go. Either way, these work great. it is also part of my workflow even with print clients. Each of the keepers goes onto the drive when I have finished postproduction. I print from the flash drive and then can archive it with the appropriate label.

Good Cable. As a sound mixer, one must often carry every type of cable possible. You never know if a client will be using an iPad as a slate.

We used this to do some infinity wall type shots for a client. Worked great. Plan ahead and bring a steam iron to get some of the wrinkles out from being folded up. Also, these things are great for portability, but it's like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube when getting it to fold back down. Take a deep breath and laugh at yourself as you try to get it back in the same shape it came in. We didn't use a support system to hold it up, just leaned it against the wall.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
