I bought this card to allow me to clone my existing drive to a larger SSD. Using free software and a Sabrent enclosure from B&H this worked like a charm. In a short time I had cloned my nearly full 500GB SSD to a new 2TB drive. After cloning I swapped the card in my computer and everything worked as before, only now I had plenty of free space. 5 |

I used the Pearstone USB SATAIII adapter recently to clone my 1TB hard drive on my desktop to a 2TB SSD (solid state) replacement drive. The cloning and SSD replacement worked very well. 5 |

Used it to clone the drive in my laptop to the SSD drive I bought for a replacement. Should have bought 2 because my cloning software was on a different computer. Had to get another adapter locally to plug both drives into my desktop USB for easy cloning. Plug it into the 2.5 drive and it functions as an external USB drive. 5 |

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly. 5 |
