The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Great size, I used it for notes, journal entries and thoughts. I carry it everywhere now. Good buy.

I’ve been using this without pre planning and it is so easy to program last minute, easy to follow entries. My friend was amazed how easy to program and said he has to get one and I suggested the XT2 with the 6 inch screen.

I really like this pack. The configurable shelves and side entries are fantastic. Only thing I might add are bottle holders on at least one side. Otherwise, it's perfect for quick trips around town. The bone color looks amazing.

I enjoy the speed of my new hp. The transfer of data worked out well. It was impossible to find some of the required entries for the transfer to work; so, I asked the person in the chat box to help. That worked out fine.
