Cobra Digital Cb Radio Antenna Warning

This Radio is fantastic! It is extremely small but performs almost as well as my ham radio. My Jeep club is doing a side by side comparison of ham, CB and GMRS radios to make a decision on what to use on trips. This radio is is the way to go for any off road groups looking for a communication system, it will blow CB away.

I have been running cb’s for years and this GMRS radio was easy to set up and start using.

I got really tired of the large antenna and all the static of CB switching over and having such a small sleek antenna and still crystal clear comms is incredible!

Perfect replacement for a damaged antenna at a reasonable price. Warning: Replacement of the antenna is a DIY project that requires soldering skills (there are quite a few tutorial videos on YoUTube that will show you the process). If soldering is not your thing, you can have your local professional sound equipment dealer do it for you (if you are so lucky to have someone like that in your town).

I purchased these batteries for a portable Cb radio that I use for work, and waiting until I had to recharge them again before I reviewed. We'll they have been in there a while now and still have not had to recharge yet at this point. I don't use the radio daily, however it does get used quite a bit when it is on.

I bought this radio a month ago and love it. It’s easy to use once you READ all the instructions. It cam with everything you need and I don’t think I will ever go back to a cb radio. The reception is clear and excellent.

I bought this radio for many reasons. 1. size and price. 2. To communication with family just to name a couple. I would like to see a cb of this size as well. Just like the Midland M-mini cb export. It bares a striking resemblance to the mxt115.

Add this antenna and it made a big difference in range. I would recommend this for any that wants to get the maximum out if their radio.

The CB Digital-S is a well designed and machined aluminum bracket with a strong, but easy to operate spring-loaded rotating arm allowing rapid switching from landscape to portrait orientation. The anti-rotate stop pins on the base-plate have a limited adjustment range so may not function properly on some smaller cameras, but if it fits your camera body, it will do the job. I use it to hold Lume Cube for front-fill lighting and have replaced the flash cold-shoe with a small 1/4-20 ball joint to allow quick positioning of the lamp. Works perfectly for thid application. I've use it with large DSLRs and lately with the Mirrorless EOS R and EOS RP which is as small a camera as will work with the anti-rotate pins
