I set up and tear down between 1 to 5 times per day. �I replaced the cold shoe on my Westcott Rapid Boxes with these - and ordered more to have them on anything I attach a speed light to! �The larger rubber 'grip' is a MUST have if you set up and tear down frequently. �You can tighten tighter and get them off faster. �I put the�Manfrotto 262 Nikon Flash Adapter on all of my Pocketwizards - clamp away and they are not moving. �Period. �Glen's Lens approved! 5 |

Well made. Especially at the sale price, I bought two. For my needs, I removed the cold shoe part of the setup due to concern of putting too much weight on the flash shoe of my camera. I mount this on either on a clamp, or an optical breadboard for macro work (for example https://www.edmundoptics.com/f/english-and-metric-breadboards/11458/ ). When using a breadboard, I have used two of the three legs to attach to the breadboard for additional stability. (This can seem inverted from the advertised use, but does provide a nice, stable mount given the size of the arm. 5 |

I was looking for another carbon tripod, and came across this one amongst the many offered by BH Photo. It checked all the boxes for me, and it was on sale. The half-bowl head sounded interesting, so I went for it. After receiving it, and using it many times over the last couple weeks, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The fit and finish, the levers and clamps, the tolerances, all much more than adequate for my MFT system. The half-bowl head, I love it! 5 |
