I have had comcast connection for internet. Comcast always claimed that I on my high speed plan but my existing wifi router would never give me that much speed. I switched to ubnt router and voila comcast's claim turned out to be true. 5 |

Upgraded our internet speed with Comcast to 500mb/s so I needed a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. This modem was reasonably priced and has been very reliable. This modem is connected to a Netgear R7000 router so I have never used it cabled directly to a PC, but on the wired connection of the router speeds have been over 500mb/s, close to 600. Highly recommended if you are looking for a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem. 5 |

My Comcast internet tier was upgraded to 1.2Gbps. I purchased the CM2000 to take advantage of the increased speed. Set up was a breeze with the support of a Comcast agent (to update their records) and then the use of the Xfinity app (to complete the set-up). I am now getting over 1Gpbs download (at the modem) with upload of 40Mbs. Highly recommend this modem. My next step is to upgrade my router to NetGear Nighthawk AXE11000 Tri-Band WiFi 6E Router to improve Wifi coverage and speed. 5 |

I have been using the CM1000 for three weeks now, and it has increased my internet speed significantly. I had no issues setting it up with Comcast. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their modem. 5 |

Recently purchased this modem (CM1000) to take advantage of cable internet provider (Comcast) speed upgrade. I am now getting 180 Mbps download speeds. The CM1000 is fully compatible with Comcast. Purchasing your cable modem pays off in less than a year when you consider the monthly rent for the identical modem through your internet provider. 5 |

I got this to replace an ARRIS SURFboard SB6183. Comcast increased my internet speed and advised me to upgrade my modem. This is modem is excellent. Installing on Comcast was horrid. I couldn't get a human on the phone to give them the new MAC address. I have a Linksys EA8300 router. I had to reset the router to get it to work with the modem - bug ugh. 5 |

Bought a CM1000 because I upgraded my Comcast Internet service to 1Gbps and Comcast salesman recommended it. It turns out a right decision. I always got a downlink speed 650Mbps and uplink speed 30Mbps. 5 |

having used an Arris model previously which, despite the great increase to my Internet speed allowed by the Comcast, the overall speed at my laptop remained minimal. so when i installed my new Nighthawk AC1900, like wow, did i ever see the Net speed increase over 100%!!! the functioning of the unit has been smooth, steady, and most impressive. i am pleased to have made this purchase! 5 |

The CM700 worked immediately upon activation by Comcast. The speed test increased from 138.4 to 355.1 (Comcast) and 356 when Ookla speed test was used. 5 |
