Comica Wireless Microphone Review

Works great with my Comica wireless mic system.

The Comica Audio CVM-WM100 PLUS microphone system was the perfect addition to my audio video equipment. As a beginner wedding videographer, this solved my concerns with getting clear sound for multiple people. Very easy to operate along with a favorable price point for my budget, I am definitely going to recommend this product to others.

The Comica Audio BoomX-D D2 Ultracompact 2-Person Digital Wireless Microphone System for Mirrorless/DSLR Cameras (2.4 GHz) is definitely a game-changer. It eliminates all the troublesome and time consuming detangling of traditional camera microphone wires. I love the fact that I have options to record as a single file or two individual files, which saves me a remarkable time in post-production. This product has just been an amazing buy and I love it!!!

About 6 months ago I bought the Comica Boom XD system as it supported two transmitters and the originally Rode Wireless Go did not. The Comica is not bad but has interference issues that I cannot seem to get past. The few events I have done with it were hit or miss where I had drops or buzzing interference on some of my other microphones if they were too close to the receiver. When the Rode Wireless Go II came out, and I saw it had improved range and on transmitter recording, and I jump on it. The audio quality is good. Get yourself a good lav if you want to improve that. The range is excellent though. And I like the fact that they made the devices upgradable. Two weeks ago they came out with a firmware upgrade that starts recording on the Transmitters as soon as you turn them on. So now you can use the transmitters as a makeshift field recorder as well. Overall, I am very impressed with the WGII for the price. It's a nice, compact tool that I just carry with me all the time now.

I was also able to use them as a mic for the Ps5 and they work perfectly for hours without charge. Best wireless microphone in the market!!!!
