Ordered two of these and the command control unit. Got it all for less than 1/2 the cost of one Nikon TTL flash. Build quality is excellent, despite what some complainers say. So far, my units have performed flawlessly. The GN is unbelievably high. The control unit is a breeze to use, allowing changes to flash power to be made at the camera. The flash has a metal foot and locking pin that works great. Heeding some reviews, I have been leery of popping them too many times, too rapidly at full power. Actually, with an umbrella or softbox, it is easy to attain f/5.6 or f/8 with these units at less than 1/2 power, so why worry? Time will tell, but so far I am totally impressed with these flash units. Price, build, power, user interface, adaptability... and did I say PRICE? For the bargain they offer, I can handle a few replacements if necessary. Cheers to Yongnuo... They have inspired my confidence. 5 |

Works well in DaVinci Resolve as well as Final Cut Pro. With FCP X you will need the free Command Post App. Feels good-Looks Good! 5 |

I don't have first hand knowledge of this but the layout is available in the Preferences section of Command Post, a free app that gets to the inner workings of FCP. (This posted as a follow up to those asking questions if it works in FCP where I answered it apparently does but I couldn't add a photo showing that it's supported when running Command Post.) 5 |
