I bought this with an EZ Jib and it has worked well so far. Can be mounted overhead or underslung and the controls on the remote can be switched accordingly to allow for the change of direction. In addition to this, the rotation speed can be varied on the remote as well as varied by the joystick on the remote. It can move fast or silky smooth. Make sure to take the time to properly balance your camera for best results. Also; don't forget and leave your quick release plate behind as I did once. I was 2 hours away and had to attach the camera to the head with a 1/4-20 camera knuckle that had a long enough thread to pass though the plate and securely attach to the camera. My original head came with the varizoom remote cable and RCA video cable already routed through the inside. Since then I have run an HDMI cable (mini to regular) through it to accomodate my HD cameras I did not have back in 2008. 5 |

The strap on the Ruggard Commando Pro 45 is FAR from comfortable with how heavy my bag is. This makes it tolerable with it fully loaded, and almost painless with the camera out and in my hand, even after 5 hours without a break. 5 |
