I purchased this microphone to do a professional TV commercial voice over. I have champagne taste and a Coca-Cola budget. I used this microphone and WOW! The sound was outstanding! The beauty of putting your headphones into the mic and actually hearing your voice in real time with no delay is a major plus. No need of running audio through a mixing board. you can go straight into your computer through a USB. I have been using this microphone for about 6 years now - mostly for corporate events / weddings and the occasional narrative / commercial. I try to baby it when I have it stored and when the shoot isn't too hectic but I've definitely abused this mic on some events and it just keeps on working. The microphone is TINY so I just assume it is fragile but I've had two of these and none of them have failed me yet in 6 years. Great mic especially for the price. 5 |

We use the Sennheiser wireless system for our News & Weather, and all of our commercial gear (12 sets so far). Though its a great system, the microphones seem to fail very quickly, at least for us. These replaced the original mics and have served us flawlessly. 5 |

I do commercial training videos with a relatively light LUMIX FZ2500 and either a wireless lavalier setup or a RODE videoMic, as well as Manfrotto 128RC QR head, and I just needed something substantial, stable and center-braced. This is perfect. For stills, travel and lighter shoots I have other tripods, but this has already paid for itself in one client shoot, where I needed to move several groups in and out in front of the camera while the back ground remained absolutely static. Its a rock, or at least rock enough. 5 |
