Compare Accounting Software

I purchased this scanner to use in place of my large photo scanner. I look forward to getting the accounting software set up and using it. I love the fact that it scans both sides at once and does it fast I hooked up via USB and I look forward to using the scanners wireless feature

We use this for a laptop when on the road doing accounting at clients.

It is a lower aperture lens (f/4) compare to others but if you have a little experience working on the raw picture using Lightroom or other software it is no issue at all shooting in low light condition. Overall it is an awesome lens and can cover many lenses can do.

So after much research I settled on the V600. I'm glad I did. With nothing to compare it to I'll just say that it works very well. The results I get a very satisfactory. It's faster than I had anticipated too. The software is working for me as well though I don't use any of the correction features besides Digital Ice and I only use that for film other than Kodachrome...they don't get along. A few things that need improvement: Setting up to scan and using the software to full advantage took a while to figure out the first day. I spent about an hour getting everything right. But once that was done it was smooth sailing. Also, it's hard getting the slides out of the holder. Maybe my fingers are to big or my nails not long enough but they are a bugger to lift. I've resorted to a piece of masking tape to pull them out by the mounts.

I am so happy with the ease of traveling with my scanner,and able to upload to accounting programs with ease

Beautiful, clear, text and numbers. In accounting we want clarity above all else. We always get it with the HP LaserJet series!

This printer is perfect for my small accounting business. Very fast printing. Easy to set up and use. I have never had a printer so easy to use as this one.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I use this keyboard when I dock on my desktop for writing intensive work, and accounting. The springiness of the keyboard buttons bounce right back up once clicked, and that allows me to enter data on the keyboard a whole lot faster than a low-to-mid-end keyboard.
