the hardest parts of the process were deciding what to do with the two 4GB modules that came with the computer (I removed them and used the two slots for the new 16GB modules.... and learning how to access the RAM compartment (unplug the computer from the electrical outlet and press the little button hidden by it).... 5 |

I've never owned a computer that didn't require service at one time or another. They run all the time, and parts do wear out. 3 years is the typical lifespan for a PC (and the time required to amortize it, too), and this plan guarantees minimal headaches.
