My first gimbal so nothing to compare it with. I've been a handheld purist for far too long. It works as advertised. Same shots, less takes. I run an S5 & 24-105 on it (just under 2kg rating) and it works no problem. The motors stay in the green unless I'm doing something crazy. When using longer focal lengths I rebalance and recalibrate, and smoother handling is required to keep the motors in the green. Can easily go into the yellow caution range if not careful when shooting like this. Seems tough and well built. I'm enjoying this so much, I'm definitely getting it's biggest brother next. 5 |
