I am really excited to put my hands on it. I have been comparing it with other cameras in the market and this new sony keeps popping up to overtake other pro.cameras around. Price is not bad for that type of pro camera, the price of it matches a price of a DSLR body only camera; plus the built in lens that comes with it is a multi purpose lens that serves the necessary situations that a photographer will be put in. My advice to all is to consider this awesome camera that is made by sony. 5 |

Recently purchased Sony A6000. Although I have Canon and Nikon Dslr cameras .. I've always been intrigued with mirrorless cameras. With a lot of positive reviews on A6000 .. I decided it was time to see what all the mirrorless chatter is about. Although I've only had camera a few weeks .. I really enjoy using it. It takes sharp photos .. fast focusing .. light/small enough to carry around with me. I can easily see me using A6000 more and more .. leaving my Dlsr(s) at home. In my opinion I can take as good or better photos with A6000.... 5 |

If you've played with a mirrorless camera already, especially one of the Sony ones, then nothing here will surprise you. It's the same as the other Alpha cameras, only everything is 3x better/faster/sharper! While not revolutionary, this is a big evolutionary jump that gets several steps closer to bridging to the gap with consumer-grade DSLR's, in half the size and at half the price. 5 |

I can't believe I have done without this. I can now use my older style Sony and Minolta expensive flashes on my new Sony mirrorless cameras. It locks in well and the flashes stay stable. No issues with syncing, etc. so far. 5 |

I have always been a little disappointed in the battery life for the older Sony mirrorless cameras. Problem solved. Where I once carried four batters to get through a day's shoot, now I easily get by with just two batteries. It was not that the former were to heavy, but the frequency of changing them was bothersome. 5 |
