Compute Stick M5 Gaming

It is a portable compute - you need it!

Gaming performance is great, this has no trouble keeping a 6900xt fed, but I really appreciate having all the extra compute available from a 12 core. This has been a solid solution to any workload I throw at it. Very versatile. I'd recommend it to anyone shopping at this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this SSD gaming stick out for my father in law who plays a ton of computer games. My brother in law also does and they are always needing more storage. This is a great addition to there gaming system and is super easy to use!

This is great for work. I don’t see how this would be great for gaming though. The bezel is a bit large for 2020. I was able to get this one at a great price.Setup was extremely easy. I didn’t have to instal drivers.It’s larger than my laptop so it does stick out a bit.For anyone having issues with the magnets I was able to get them to stick fairly well. I placed them, then set my laptop upside down with a little added weight to keep them pressed. I left it there like that for the rest of the day. No issues now.

Solid choice, especially for anything AI related with the 16gb. And great for gaming as well. I used to stick purely to EVGA so was naturally sad when they stopped making GPU's. Was not disappointed with my choice now, and will definitely stick to ASUS for future purchases.

Just wanted to write this review because I'm really happy with BHphotovideo. I'd been looking to get a new compute, switching from a windows to a Mac, but on Apple their listed price at the specs I wanted was way too expensive. However, I came to BH, and there was a computer with the color and exact specs i needed, at more than 300$ less!!! It was amazing, and on top of that, they shipped and delivered my computer within 2 days! 2 freakin days! Amazing company, wish them the best, and hope they have a happy holiday season!

This Ryzen 9 5950X is Wicked Fast! It's slightly behind the new generation in compute power but only on the highest end! Here's a pic of it compared with the 7800X showing 25% stronger! I tried the AM5/DDR5. It was too unstable and took 5 mins to boot every time. I returned it all for this 5950X on an AM4 platform and it ROCKS!

Does the job if you can get by with a small volume. Of course you can compute the interior volume easy enough give the interior dimensions, which are available in the description. When I need a new shoulder bag, I keep drifting back to Domke. Likely they will outlast me.

This was an upgrade from a 2017 model and it's at least 4x faster on compute-heavy tasks. And I love the larger display going for 15 to 16.
