I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I had a 10 year old APC UPS connected to my computer. During a recent power outage my computer immediately turned off indicating that the battery wasn't supporting the computer. I looked up the UPS on the B&H web site, order it and it's the exact replacement. We had a very short outage yesterday and the computer kept running. Nothing spectacular. Just what it should do. 5 |

This is just what I needed. It works right out of the box with no driver installation required (on Windows 10). There is some optional software with some advanced customization, but none of those are things that I need. The unit is smaller and more compact than I expected, in a rugged aluminum case. Powered by USB. I haven't experienced any weird or unreliable behavior. 5 |
