Computer Desk Hardware Keyboard Slide Catch

I bought this to replace a cheap slide out keyboard tray that came with my HONS desk. something I should have done years ago. Fairly easy to install, but some sort of paper template of the actual size would have been helpful in the placement of the tray for installation since the tray has an asymmetrical mount due to the mouse tray being mounted on the left or right. Construction is top notch. Fits a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort (ergonomic) Keyboard with ease. The wrist rests are optional. My only complaint is the mouse tray is a little bouncy since it is so far off of center in relation to the mount. Overall, a good value for the money.

I love this mechanical keyboard. Heavy enough not to slide on the desk. Comfortable for 12 hour days at work.

This keyboard replaces a flimsy, inexpensive one furnished with a new computer. I am very pleased with it weight (does not slide around), quality, and the feel of the keys. The backlighting of the individual keys is the main reason I purchased it. Though I am a touch typist, in dim light I can now place my hands in the right spot initially and avoid typing a few words of gibberish. It is also a great help when hunting for those odd keys - special characters or function keys - that require a glance down at the keyboard.

Until my existing USB devices catch up to Apples new hardware requirements, this thing is a must.

Better quality than I expected. I use it for a computer keyboard that I can move off my desk area. Has enough room on the side to use my thumbwheel mouse.

I purchased my wireless keyboard because I don't like wires cause they get tangled and are always in my way. It i nice to be on the computer without wires all over the desk. The only thing that the instructions didn't mention is that there is a small button at the bottom of the mouse and keyboard that you have to turn to the on position after you install the batteries. I accidentally found these little switches. Once I turned those on, my keyboard and mouse started working.

Quality little piece of hardware. Love that it sits on my desk. Just a little pricey for what it is.

It's really nice to be able to come home throw my phone on the dock and catch up on emails and whatever else on full-screen with the full keyboard and mouse experience

Very pleased with this rack so far, it feels sturdy and the vents' provide excellent tie down points and is pretty versatile. My only comment (and it feels like a real non-issue since this rack doesn't move) is that the stops that come with the shelf have the ability to slide back and forth a little bit and if you were using them as the sole means of securing your hardware it might frustrate you. It doesn't warrant taking points off since you don't need to even use the stops and they can't slide past the channel they were put in so the most your hardware could move backwards or forwards is a half inch.

I recently added an undermount keyboard tray to my desk, and the K780 Wireless Keyboard is a dream accessory. It is quiet, compact and just what I needed.
