Computer Dual Monitors With Hdmi Cable

My new computer has one HDMI and one DisplayPort output and I have two monitors I want to use. This DisplayPort cable lets me use the second monitor now. The 3' length is more than enough without having extra coiled up. My screen is 2056x1080. Since this cable is 4K rated, it works great for my extra wide but not 4K large screen.

This cable was used to connect an HDMI monitor to the computer.

Need this because my video card, even though having dual DVI , HDMI, and DisplayPort... can't operate three monitors in a DVI + DVI + HDMI configuration. But, DVI + DVI + DisplayPort works. This adapter solved that problem when connecting an external HDMI LCD TV as a third monitoring source for video editing and playback.

I used my son's computer with a curved monitor. I realized how much better it is that trying to use dual monitors. I use dual monitors for work and find that I am constantly looking to one side or the other. Making my neck hurt. I also hated moving things from monitor to monitor and never being able to view anything right in front of me. I don't know why I didn't think of trying one sooner. This monitor is great. Awesome picture. I am currently using this mainly for work. I will be planning to get a better computer for games and crafting. I was using a 22 and and 24 monitor. This 34 curved is perfect for what I need. The R1800 curve is the right amount for me.

I have dual monitors on my main computer, one in the dining room as a Chrome and Youtube station, and just bought a fourth for my six channel CCTV security system.

Works great. I am using this splitter at the end of a 100 foot pearstone HDMI cable and splitting the signal to two monitors. Picture looks great for both

using cable to connect my two NEC PA272W, 271W monitors to my 2018 MacBook Pro, USC-C ports. NEC monitor calibration software recommends to not use HDMI connection, rather DisplayPort-to-USB-C. This cable does the trick, and calibration result is indeed better than before on HDMI. Cable is longer than the NEC-recommended J5create Displayport-to-USB-C, which comes only in 4 ft/120cm length.

Got the MacBook Pro M3 Pro for 250$ off from B&H. I ordered stuffs from B&H for the last 8 years, and they are very good. This laptop works with my HP docking Station. It can out put 2 external monitors with an additional HDMI cable. I think with a thunder bolt docking station it will out put 2 external monitors without the additional HDMI cable. It is fast, premium feel, and with a little setting adjust it fix my need (e.g. Read Out Loud, Change CMD to Ctrl for short cut, import Google Calendar to Apple Calendar, etc.) Now the cons: - I still cannot figure a way to open preview picture in the same location of the folder on the external monitor. The new preview picture always pop up in the laptop display. It is supper annoy to move it back to the external monitor every single time. - I cannot get risk of Apple apps such as Podcasts, Photo Booth, News, etc. I don't need it, I don't want to see it. - You will see your finger print on keyboard. Regarding some minor drawbacks, I love it so far.

I purchased this model specifically because it has an on/off switch. I use this on a camera rig with an HDMi out from the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K to two field monitors and a wireless transmitter that all support HDMi input. The power switch is a necessity as otherwise the device would continue to drain the battery when not in use until the power cable is unplugged. I have a 5 volt D-Tap to DC Barrel power cable connected from a V-Mount battery to this HDMi Splitter. The unit is glued to a small 15mm rail mount. This setup works great. Also, the signal latency to those field monitors is much lower than the previous splitter I used - feels like less than a single frame of lag.

I use this cable to run through an HDMI distro amp to supply several monitors on a broadcast set. Prices range from cheap to are they kidding me with HDMI. I decided to try a bunch of affordable brands, and so far see no difference in performance. So spend less and get teh same.
