After purchasing and having ZERO success with Roxie Easy VHS, I returned it and purchased Elgato. The minute I connected the Elgato to my VHS player and computer, it worked perfectly! After transferring 52 family VHS tapes, I moved on to 8 Video tapes transferring from the camcorder to computer. SO EASY!!!
