This is the second Zagg Case/Keyboard I have owned. It’s the only keyboard that I have found that allows me to type as I would on a full sized computer keyboard.

I had to get a new iPad, mine was obsolete. I had a Belkin keypad case on my old iPad Air. So, I looked for a new Belkin keyboard case, only to find Belkin isn’t making them anymore, for which I am sooo happy. If they had I never would have found my Zagg Rugged Book. It took we 3 weeks of researching and watching reviews to find the Zagg Rugged Book. I can see why Belkin is no longer making the keyboard cases. They couldn’t keep up to the quality of Zagg’s products. Now, that I’ve used my Zagg keyboard case, I wonder why did I ever accepted the inferior Belkin keypad case? The Zagg case material is very sturdy, it’s solid. I love the rubbery material around the edges of the keyboard and the screen, this will protect me from bumps and bangs. The magnet attaching the screen to the keyboard is very strong. I was really concerned it wouldn’t hold. I can hold on tp the screen and shake it and it doesn’t come off. I LOVE my Zagg Rugged Book. I finally found the only case I’ll ever need. Thank you Zagg.

This is my third rugged book. I am very hard on my electronics because they are used for work. That being said I have never wanted for another lighted keyboard- protective case. Ever! This is the only product is will ever use for my IPad. With this third case Zagg has made some changes/upgrades. The keys still feel great, pressure and tactile feel are fantastic and slightly better. The Illumination is much brighter than my other two. The run time has improved also. Just leave it on and don’t worry about it. When it wakes up it is way faster than previous editions and applies the letters correctly. The magnetic hinge has been improved as well. Much smoother as well. Subtitle key face changes have improved productivity. This being my third case really says nothing bad about Zagg, like I said “I use them.” I consider the case and keyboard as a consumable. They are going to break just like anything that gets used a whole lot. Customer service is still top notch also. You will not be disappointed with this Rugged Book.

The book look might be a cheesy concept and look. But it works great to protect your MacbookPro. Inspired on the strengths of a book (hard spine and covers) make it the perfect case protecting the edges of the computer. Probably the best case in the market! I needed a hard case to protect it on my backpack I live in NYC, so I carry my laptop inside a backpack all the time with me, and I pack my gym gear and stuff, so I needed a had case to really protect the laptop. With other cases the pressure would have messed up the computer, 6 stars!

I bought this case and prn for my iPad Air 4, it is the best thing I have ever purchased, the keyboard connects to the computer so easily, you don’t even have to touch any buttons for it to connect, just turn it on, it’s easy to change to the screen keyboard. And pen also would the same!!!!

Very rugged and well designed I also carry a full size keyboard in case with computer monitor I use this as a road case for video production projects I have several other Gator Cases and when I’m looking for equipment cases I look for Gator cases first

I have been really enjoying this case. I love the look and feel of a laptop computer with my IPAD and this case delivers. The case fits like a glove and completely protects my device. All ports are easy to access. I work in a medical clinic and often times need to have this resting on my lap but all other cases I have tried topple over or slide off my lap but NOT this one. There is a little bit of delay with getting the keyboard activated if I haven’t been using it for awhile but doesn’t bother me and it’s really only like 2-3 seconds. The backlit function is nice and not too overwhelming when you are in the dark, 3 sets with this and multiple colors. Pencil fits in quite snugly so I don’t have to worry about losing it. The keyboard is very easy to type on which is a must for me.

This IOGEAR GCS110-4 4-Port KVMP switch is my first purcahse of this type of gear...should have bought one years ago. I had checked out one of the other brands, but the manufacturer's web-site had the same photo and description for two models, very confusing. I am using this switch with three computer, Win7, Win8.1 and a Linux rig. I keep the fourth port open for testing other computers, no need to connect one being tested to a separate keyboard and mouse setup. This switch allows me to easily switch between computers via keyboard shortcuts. I have a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse which share a single wireless USB dongle, plugging the dongle into the keyboard USB port of the monitor area of the switch allows me to use the keyboard and mouse on all computers. I did have to uninstall the Logitech software which allowed for custom keyboard layout (volume up/down, next track, etc.) as it seemed to conflict with the way the KVMP switch emulated Keyboard and Mouse Control...not an issue for me in this case. I am not a hard-core gamer, thus do not have a mouse with 92 buttons on it..more of a FPS and Flight Sim guy here. I like the fact that I can switch the keyboard/mouse, Vidoe and USB separately from the audio, that is I can have music playing on one computer, switch the Keyboard/Mouse, Video, and USB to another computer and still hear the music from the first computer. I have all my external drives and printers connected directly to the Win7 computer working as a server for all my data. I have a USB hub connected to the KVMP input which is accessed by whichever computer I am using for such things as my web-cam, joystick, multimedia card reader, and ID CAC Card Reader. I started taking IT classes and now I can easily do remote access, learned how to access Windows Shared Folders from the Linux box...and more, having the computers side by side with one control system is a Godsend. I would recommend this switch to anyone considering such a purchase.
