Computer Keyboard Dimensions Inches

Can't wait to use this but concerned about airline restrictions on dimensions. This is measuring 66 inches and total and most airlines have a 62 inch limit. Has anyone ever been charged for oversized baggage with this luggage?

This is my second Sirui head/legs combo. The first traveled as far as Colorado and Hungary and still worked fine despite eight years worth of bumps and scratches. I lost it on a hike and had to replace it. The 2020 model is similar to the 2012 model and is just as good. Very sturdy when open and very compact when shut -- it travels well and holds the camera well. I give it five stars because it is well made and perfectly suited to its function. Some caveats that may influence your decision: Stated dimensions on the B&H website are 12 inches folded length and 2 pounds weight. The one I got is a hair under 13 inches and is 2 pounds 5.6 ounces (without the QR plate). Also, the photo shows foam insulation on all three legs, but the one I got has foam on just two legs. Finally, you need to give the head a final strong twist to lock it onto the stem or else it will spin around at the wrong time. That I don't like. But the head holds once it's on there firmly. The unit advertised is a T-005SK. The one shipped to me was a T-005US. Perhaps that accounts for the missing foam and different dimensions.

Exterior dimensions are about 1-3 inches under the carry-on luggage rules for flying, depending on airline. My contents = Canon 5D mkii, 70-200mm zoom, 24-105 zoom, 580EX flash, filters (Cokin system), spare batts & cards plus cleaning gear. Dividers allow for all sorts of useful combinations of pockets. All comes to exactly 10kg, which is also the carry-on limit for many airlines. Highly recommended. B&H price is around half the local price too.

I have two of these and the dimensions are 5 x 3 x .6 inches. The size is larger than a dedicated USB 3.0 drive; but, I like that I can download in the field using USB 3.0 (or FW800 with a Thunderbolt adapter) and then copy directly to my MacPro using FW800. I've used these in the field with a 2009 MBP and tested them with my 2012 11 Macbook Air. On the Air, read/write speeds on both ports takes less than a minute for 5 GB's of raw 1D Mark IV files.

The dimensions allow this to go by air as checked luggage. Dimensions for airline consideration are 18 x 24 x 32. This is a total of 74 linear inches -- this is technically oversize (United Airlines will accept items up to 115 linear inches, but charges an extra fee for anything over 62 linear inches), but at least it can accompany as checked luggage. I removed the extendable handle to save weight - this reduced the case weight by 4 pounds, which I needed to do to get my equipment plus case weight under 100 pounds (the limit that United will accept).

This thing is much smaller than I expected, even with the dimensions listed. It's fantastic. And it is screaming fast on a USB-C connection. It's like my computer is brand spanking new.

Most keyboard stands are higher than the KS7350 and one of our keyboards is about 2 inches thicker than the other. Putting a cushion on the bench didn't work as expected so I went looking for a stand that was about 2 inches shorter than the stand we had. The KS7350 at its lowest setting is perfect. My keyboard players are happy so I am happy! Probably a good idea to get one in case you have a similar situation or a keyboard player that might not be very tall.

We purchased this case for a Kurzweil PC88 full size keyboard. It's a couple inches longer than our last case, but still fits in the van. There are inner straps which use velcro to secure the keyboard in place. The handle on one end of the case is really solid, and seems like it will hold up to lots of use. We've only used it for a few gigs, but are happy with this purchase.

This is the second Zagg Case/Keyboard I have owned. It’s the only keyboard that I have found that allows me to type as I would on a full sized computer keyboard.

This IOGEAR GCS110-4 4-Port KVMP switch is my first purcahse of this type of gear...should have bought one years ago. I had checked out one of the other brands, but the manufacturer's web-site had the same photo and description for two models, very confusing. I am using this switch with three computer, Win7, Win8.1 and a Linux rig. I keep the fourth port open for testing other computers, no need to connect one being tested to a separate keyboard and mouse setup. This switch allows me to easily switch between computers via keyboard shortcuts. I have a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse which share a single wireless USB dongle, plugging the dongle into the keyboard USB port of the monitor area of the switch allows me to use the keyboard and mouse on all computers. I did have to uninstall the Logitech software which allowed for custom keyboard layout (volume up/down, next track, etc.) as it seemed to conflict with the way the KVMP switch emulated Keyboard and Mouse Control...not an issue for me in this case. I am not a hard-core gamer, thus do not have a mouse with 92 buttons on it..more of a FPS and Flight Sim guy here. I like the fact that I can switch the keyboard/mouse, Vidoe and USB separately from the audio, that is I can have music playing on one computer, switch the Keyboard/Mouse, Video, and USB to another computer and still hear the music from the first computer. I have all my external drives and printers connected directly to the Win7 computer working as a server for all my data. I have a USB hub connected to the KVMP input which is accessed by whichever computer I am using for such things as my web-cam, joystick, multimedia card reader, and ID CAC Card Reader. I started taking IT classes and now I can easily do remote access, learned how to access Windows Shared Folders from the Linux box...and more, having the computers side by side with one control system is a Godsend. I would recommend this switch to anyone considering such a purchase.
