Computer Locked Call Windows Support Immediately

I purchased 2 adapters. The first one I tried to set up and got a message that the code copied from it was incorrect. I then tried using the Belkin app and it couldn’t find it. The second one set up immediately without any problem and is working great without any problems. Attempting to contact support by phone was a nightmare! I got messages saying to expect extended waiting time due to unusually high call volume (different days and times). Twice I was able to leave my number for a call back. The first time I got a call there wasn’t any response, just dead air. The next time when I answered I immediately got the hold music which continued for 45 minutes until I hung up. I finally used the support chat. After a 1 hour session (which would have taken 15 minutes of talking) I was told that I would be able to return it for an exchange and would be contacted.

I purchased this to use as the second drive in a SFF computer. It showed up immediately in windows and I was able to format and start using it without any issues.

I always get AppleCare for my computer just because it's so easy to call up and get someone who knows the answers. I know, every product has a support line available. But how often can you get to a tech help person with minimal wait. How often is the support person articulate in English. The Apple support folks are the best.

I always feel confident that I can get the right help when I call B&H. I so appreciate the support.

Windows picked it up immediately and works perfectly.

Support immediately provided an updated driver which solved the problem.

It works like it should. On windows 10 immediately, on 7 it takes some time for the is to find the drivers but then it works also.

Easy to setup, although I had to call Ecobee support for help regarding the PEK. The support was really helpful and knowledgeable.
