Computer Locked Up Call Microsoft I Called

Did you know that you can't even get the computer to work without a Microsoft Login now? Super annoying.

Perfect, I use this with the Olympus T-8 Telephone Pick-Up to record phone call conversations, works perfect, clear as a bell, simple to set up.

I called b&h for an unrelated call about a recent purchase and I mentioned I was interested in buying a wireless remote shutter release. The tech rep suggested i take a look at the Vello Freewave Plus. This has to be the finest wireless remote out there. It has a range of 320 feet, delay features,single- shot or continuous or bulb modes, it can also be used as a regular cable-release when attached directly to the camera. I would suggest that anyone interested in a wireless remote take a look at this one. Did I mention it also looks great. Thanks B&H for letting me aware of this amazing product.

At first UPS called me to make payment for additional broker, duty and freight charges but after a quick call the good folks at B&H sorted it out and my order arrived in a timely manner with no additional fees.  Thanks B&H for your excellent service to Canadians!

I call them pigeon plates because that is what my theater friends always called them. I have several on my studio walls. Anything that will reduce clutter on the floor is a welcome addition. Great build, heavy gauge steel, tight joints.

I had to call IOgear's C.S. to set up my gaming keyboard and mouse. The first guy didn't know what I was talking about. Called back and this guy stepped me through the process and waited for me to make sure all was OK.

I have to say the hardest part of buying the legs was the ordering process. Found them on the B&H website. It said that it was a special request item and to call. I called with the inner and outer diameter dimensions and length of the legs and asked what theirs were. They had nothing on file with that info and said I needed to call Luxor which they gave me a number for. I repeated this process with Luxor and was told the same thing and that I needed to email them a picture of the cart I was trying to get replacement legs for. This seemed a bit irrelevant considering I gave the dimensions for the legs I needed but I took the pictures and emailed them. Next day I got an email saying that the B&H legs would work so I called back B&H (because it was a special order item) and got the order going. Had them in hand about a week from when I first went on to B&H to order them. On the positive side the price was right so that was nice.
