Got this square-ish (5:4) monitor from B&H. Its the neat form factor I wanted for the home office, not a wide screen. Its beautiful. Premium stand and screen. Comes with all cables (USB, HDMI, and VGA - although I couldnt connect the monitor to the computer via USB but see below. Used the HDMI) and solid, polished hardware. You snap and twist it together in two seconds. It works as expected and I love it. BONUS: Two USB ports on the monitor. For these USB ports to work and sync you need to connect the monitor to the computer via the USB (in addition to the HDMI cable). Maybe thats what the USB cable and port behind the monitor are there for (and not to be the primary means of connecting the monitor to the computer). So maybe Im not such a klutz after all? I use this HDMI cable to connect my LCD monitor to my BMPCC via a micro HDMI adapter. It's perfect for that because it allows me to not have to worry about extra slack hanging around the camera and getting caught on something. I'm able to adjust the angle of the monitor on my EVF mount with plenty of room to spare. I'm glad I paid a little more for this higher quality cable. 5 |

We were hooking up an HDMI TV as a second monitor on a PC that had DisplayPort, this cable was perfect. It was the length we needed and avoided having to use an adapter from the DisplayPort on the PC to change to HDMI. Highly recommend use of this cable over a double ended HDMI cable and an adapter. 5 |
