IT WAS EASY TO HOOK UP TO MY COMPUTER. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE WIRED CONNECTION, WHEN I WENT TO BLUETOOTH IT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE UNIT SHUTS DOWN AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR A WHILE, SO I HAVE TO TURN IT ON WHEN NEEDING IT. SAVES ELECTRICTY AND LONG TIME RUNS, I GUESS. THE SOUND IS GREAT, I IMAGINE IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC. 5 |

This device is a wonderful thing to have. You can connect it to most SSD or 2.5 inch laptop drives. What you cannot do is use it to hook up a standard disk drive that requires 12 VDC as this draws poser from the USB port. The main use for me is to hook up a SSD containing my virtual machines. That way the VMs can be moved from computer to computer with little effort. 5 |

I am not an it person. Simply read on line how to easily hook up a second monitor to my home computer. Person recommended using an external USB VGA adapter. I made sure the connection would work with my monitor, purchased adapter, hooked up, setup and everything worked perfect. Couldn't have been easier. Perfect. 5 |

Bought this product to hook-up a 2nd large monitor to my Dell Precision 5510 laptop (USB-3.0 C laptop output to DVI input of the monitor cable). Adapter worked great, 2nd large monitor is up and running, a big productivity improvement. Saved a bunch of money too since I did not need to buy a more expensive docking port to perform the same function. 5 |
