Super sharp text and a large, bright screen. No complaints! Loving this monitor so far 5 |

This monitor is exactly what I needed in my graphic design work. Text is clear, colors are accurate and there is plenty of screen real estate for using programs like InDesign and Lightroom. For the last few years I've been trying to do design work on my MacBook Pro, built-in display. I'm so glad I finally bought an external display--it has made my workflow so much more efficient. Originally, I ordered the 2K BenQ270c but for some unknown reason (to BenQ and all others I asked) the text was terribly jagged and vector graphics in Illustrator were pixelated. If knew I kept that monitor I was going to have some major eye-strain and would have difficulty doing my job. How can I work with text if everything looks wrong? Did I get a lemon, have a MacBook Pro issue, or was 2K just not enough pixels--I'll never know! Thanks to the great customer service from B&H I was able to return the BenQ and buy the ViewSonic 2785-4K instead, which made all the difference. I had read that 4K monitors caused menu items to be too small to read, and that the extra pixels were unnecessary but that is not the case for me at all. I plugged in the USB-C cable and it immediately displayed at a perfect screen resolution for comfortable reading. My advice to graphic designers is to get a 4K monitor. Your eyes will thank you. I definitely recommend this ViewSonic 2785 4K if color accuracy is important to your job. The Adobe RGB space is perfect for the print work I do. I love this monitor for photo-editing, creating vector artwork and for layout/text work. Some reviewers mentioned that the documentation that comes in the box is not easy to understand, but I found a nice manual online that explained everything in sufficient detail. There are a lot of optional settings on this monitor which I find is a great plus. I wish I had bought this sooner! 5 |

**First Impressions & Specs : First things first, this monitor is a behemoth however with its of 5,120 by 1440 this thing is crisp, clear and as a Gamer or content creator, I have fallen in love with it the very second I started using it. The assembly of the monitor was really easy and self intuitive. The Samsung C49RG90 curvature of 1800R is about right size; it does however require a distance of around 2 feet+ to be maintained from the screen. The HDR monitor and peak brightness rating of 1,000 nits does make the content stand out. The screen results are better than some of the top end TVs out there. The monitor provides sharp images and text, good colours, and contrast. **Content Creators Delight : This monitor is great for the workstation, the widescreen (equal to two 27” side-by-side monitors) allows to scrub through the timeline. The 32:9 aspect ratio ensures there is plenty of screen estate however watching the video on the screen with black bars isn’t a great experience. The high resolution of 5,120 by 1440 means the text is not pixelated at all and appears very sharp. **Where are the built-in speakers and thunderbolt ? The only con / drawback I have found in the monitor is the lack of built in speakers and thunderbolt. At this price point, its quite disappointing ! Overall, I am very pleased with the monitor and would recommend it to gamers and content creators without any hesitation. 5 |

Excellent monitor. Color rendition is very good, clarity of text is excellent. Being able to rotate into portrait mode is what generated our purchase. The only item to note is make sure the screen is fully raised up on the stand before rotating - it will scratch the base with the edge of the screen otherwise. Easy purchase to recommend. 5 |

It's not clear from the specs or the documentation, but in addition to its many other capabilities, this monitor does a wonderful job with the horizontal flip you need for use with a teleprompter. In my case, I'm using it with a small desktop teleprompter that typically uses an iPad to show a PC screen instead. The A12 is a vastly better - finer and more capable - monitor than most monitors meant for teleprompter use displaying text. (They may have other advantages for text.) I'm showing various kinds of screens through it, not just scripts. You also need to turn off the underscan if the edges of the screen matter to your projects. I'm writing this review using the A12 reflected through a teleprompter right now, and happy with the result. I'll revisit this in a few months, after I've had time to see how it does over time and in multiple contexts, but the out-of-box experience, plus a few days, has been great. 5 |

I've had this product for about 2 weeks now and it's making working remotely so much better! Having the dual monitor really helps to increase productivity by not having to flip back and forth on my one-screened laptop. When I first ordered the screen, I was concerned it would be too big for my laptop but it fits perfectly. Below are what I see as the pros and cons of the screen. Pros: Easy to plug and play with USB-C on Windows computer, you can use it on either the left or right side of your laptop, you can use it in "presenter mode", you can use it in portrait or horizontal mode, good brightness, seems durable. Cons: Screen is a little heavy and can only move it so much when attached, not a huge fan of the color settings, there's not a stand for horizontal mode - only portrait. Overall, I would recommend this monitor to people looking to boost productivity with a laptop! 5 |

If what you value most is tons of horizontal screen real estate at a high PPI, this monitor is currently the best option. Gaming Ultrawides skimp on pixel density - especially vertically. Apple options are overpriced and are 16:10. There is the cheaper LG 34WK95U-W (and LG 34BK95U-W) option, but apparently are notorious for image retention issues. This monitor's image can appear a little on the dark side if you prefer to or are used to working on a monitor with a high nits output and strong HDR brightness. But honestly once you adjust the settings and prep your work area to not have bright lights behind the monitor, I think you'll find it to be more than bright enough. 5 |

This is my third slate in probably a year, and I'm very glad I went with this one over the more inexpensive ones I've used in the past. It feels more solid, and the engraved text and lines makes a huge difference-it doesn't seem like it will ever wear off. The surface itself is also much easier to erase than the others I've used. Great slate! 5 |

If you're of the mind to produce creative images, the concept of vertical and horizontal lines sometimes has to go out the window. The Tokina lens does just that. I wanted something that gave 180 degrees of view, but was wider that my Sigma 16mm f2.8. I tested the lens this morning right after UPS delivered it. I then took the test images, loading them into Photoshop Elements v14, and examined them at 100%. I expected curvi-linear lines, and got them in spades. Light came from directly behind, and the colors were well saturated, but not overly so. It's being used on a D500, and focus was near instantaneous. This is not a $2K fisheye, and I'm not expecting that type of performance, but it does perform above its price point. It's light, and will compliment my lens battery perfectly. Well done, Tokina 5 |

I am running the camera cables inside pvc. All the horizontal lines are inside the walls. Just finishing the outlets inside the storage room , where a monitor and NVR is set up. Soon will be able to watch it remotely. Will have 6 Lorex and 2 WIFI. The night light sensor is working nice. 5 |
