I have used this turntable along with the Audacity program installed on my computer to record about 70 albums. Since I could not find this turntable with a USB cable (due to it being out of stock) I used a patch cord between the turntable and the stereo input jack on the back of the computer tower. I would rate the sound quality as very good- I do not notice any difference between the Audacity files and my music CDs. The start and stop buttons on the turntable are a nice feature when recording. I highly recommend this product! 5 |

I am using this preamp between my magnetic pick up on my turntable and my computer to digitize my vinyl records. The preamp comes with Audacity software and it is working well to accomplish the task at hand. Quality of the preamp is great. 5 |
