Computer Not Charging Macbook Pro

Use this with a MacBook Pro for backing up my computer. Always installed, always backing up when the computer is on.

I just bought a new MacBook pro from B&H Photo. My old Macbook was 12 years old and still functioning well, I just couldn't update it any more. Couldn't download functioning forms of java script, google, you tube etc... I will keep it as a storage unit. The new Macbook is somewhat similar. It is the same keyboard, except now it is backlight, but it came installed with Yosemite. I spend more of my time building and making things than I spend on the computer, so I am not the most computer savvy person on earth, and this new Macbook will take a bit of learning. Over all, I believe it won't take too long to get up to speed. I purchased the apple care protection plan, and between that, and the great service help I get from the people at B&H, my learning curve should be even shorter.

I bought this for travel with my new MacBook Pro that wants a 140W charger. This one lets me charge three things at once, unlike the Mac charger. However, it only delivers 140W when only the MacBook Pro is plugged into it. If you plug one or two other items, the MBP only receives 100W, but that seems to be sufficient for overnight charging while also charging the phone, watch, or whatever. It feels well made, a little heavier than a similar 100W charger it replaces, but it's the close to the same dimensions, which are smaller than the Apple charger that comes with the MacBook Pro.

who needs a MacBook Pro when this little guy does such fast stuff with the m2 chip. WONDERFUL computer.

Upgraded from Macbook Pro with six I9 chips. Loaded to the max it was outstanding computer at that time. The new M3 Max blows that one out of the water in performance. Even better, the new M3 was almost $2K cheaper than the old I9 system. And the Black is very cool color. Very Happy and as always,B&H is always exceptional to do business with.

I use this for my Macbook Pro. I actually find it cools it better than having the laptop on a fan. It's also much more comfortable to work with the computer at eye level. I use an external mouse and keyboard, but the trackpad is still easy to reach for scrolling or swiping. It doesn't bend, the metal is about a quarter inch. The front lip is about 3 inches from the table. I would recommend this to anyone with a laptop, especially with Apple laptops. The aluminum tone is identical to that of the Macbook Pro.

This is a great case for any 15 MacBook Pro, however, it is a bit large for the non-unibody Macs, but still works, and would probably be perfect for the unibodies. It's very attractive and makes my computer look great, as well as protects my computer very well. The 15 looks huge, but it's just the right size for the computer. The whole criminal-fooling factor might not come into play here, though. For the 13, I'm sure it would be more believable. The photos are very true to the product, so feel confident when ordering that what you see is what you will get, despite their unique hand-distressed look. Overall, I recommend the BookBook (which I think is a silly name) completely. It's great: it looks great, it feels great, it protects well, and it's well worth the money if thats what you're looking for.
