If and when in need of computer support, and or repair it's a good service to have.

One thing is for sure, when your computer goes down, the repair won't be cheap. I always get Apple Care and it has always paid off!

Bought brand new, had an issue sent it in for repair and recieved a new one instead amazing service!

Both work well, but I had to remove so as to send the computer to Acer for repair of the touchpad.
