Computer Speakers Making A Static Noise

A passive a/b switch. I use it to be able to use one set of computer speakers with 2 different PC towers. It does not and any noise to the signal. Highly recommended and easy to connect.

I like this speaker combo set, because they give me a lot of bass which I like a lot, and I don't even hear any static noise after 2 weeks.

I have used the product several times and it works as described very well. I have copied several vinyl LPs and the digital result seems to be virtually identical to the source. SoundSaver Express software is included and I use it to make the initial digital conversion. This software has some signal modification features that claim to fix the LP static and noise problems. I have not used those features because I do not want the noise filter to be applied to the entire digital file. Instead I have elected to use Audacity software, which I am familiar with, to clean up the digital file. The bad thing about the Art USB Phono Plus is that it accurately captures everything that the phono and LP produce, namely static and pop. So the reality in my case is that there is a lot of work to clean up the original digital file before it meets my standard to include in my digital playlist. I have used Audacity to clean up the file and then I make an uncompressed .wav and a .mpg file. I then use the .wav file to create a music CD to store with my other CD's and now I have a backup for my vinyl LP.

I had a more expensive radio signal - Wireless Lavalier set, that was keep giving me headache by static noise even from close range.. Only using Boya By-WM4 for some days but so far it gives me perfect connection. It was a good choice.

This instantly removed static and excess noise from my microphone. Friends could tell the difference. I love being able to see if my input peaks, so I know if i'm speaking too loudly. It's sturdy and made of solid materials. You can tell the quality difference between this and a $50 interface. Very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend.

I was worried that an unbalanced cable would add noise over this long of a wire, but i haven't had issues with static when using it.

Love the length (more than i need) and the fact that it doesn't transmit any static or has communication blackouts with the computer.

I recently upgraded from PreSonus Eris E3.5 speakers to some KRK Classic 5's to use with my Audient EVO 4 interface and noticed some annoying static after the upgrade. I'm using EWI balanced TRS cables from Audiopile, which have always been high-quality and reliable for me, so that wasn't the issue. After some Googling, this is apparently a common issue with USB interfaces. Long story short, finally pulled the trigger on the iDefender+ and am glad I did. Even though having to buy yet another piece to the setup is a bummer, it did exactly what it claims. Since my USB ports are a bit cramped, I got a braided right-angle USB-C cable from Amazon and the fitment is great. That paired with an iPhone power adapter works perfectly. If you have static/noise with a USB interface, this is exactly what you need.
