I am using this as an interface between a sound console and a computer to record. This has stopped all of the hum and buzz that I have had with other USB connections. I have the ability to control sound level as well without having to interrupt the audio technician. Great solution and very resonably priced.

My first ground loop from computer audio card to powered monitor speakers was corrected by plugging the monitors in to the same outlet as the computer. Then I upgraded my video card to a much more powerful one and the buzz came back when the video card was churning. Back to the internet to find a solution and this product seemed to be my best bet. It worked like a charm, the buzz is gone again and I don't hear any degradation in sound quality. Highly recommend.

I bought this to help remove a buzz in the recordings of our Sunday morning services. It runs between the soundboard and the computer for recording. I plugged it it and our buzz is gone.

We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household!

These little speakers more than do the job for my desktop computer. They don't take up much space, and they produce amazing sound for a $20 pair of speakers.

I don't use these monitors to record. I use these as computer speakers to listen to music, movie and etc. I hook them up with a DAC and use RCA. The sound is very clean (I hear things in my music that I never heard before!) The high and mid are sweet. The bass is ok. I have all setting on flat and vol on 0dB. I control the vol from the DAC. I like these monitors. I listen to the A7X and it sound better, but didn't fit my budget.

The buzz these days in the forums is that everyone should go out and spend $300 on a ball head. Wait a minute.... For the money, these are simple, excellent products. I don't use panorama features that are all the rage right now, and this head securely holds a heavy medium format camera with a 200mm lens (A Bronica S2, which is a beast). The ridge underneath the platform makes it easy to thread onto the camera body. While I found some sag in one camera system, I eventually realized it wasn't the ball head or the tripod, but instead the camera itself. There was too much flex in the body of my DSLR. If you use a large lens without a tripod collar, this head may not be enough. So yes, it's simple. It doesn't have 3 knobs, or trick-looking engraving, or bubble levels, or a quick release. But if you don't need those things, you may be able to spend a fifth of what the pundits say.

I was getting a horrible buzz from my guitar pedals when plugged into the mixer. TS or TRS cables, it didnt matter. I introduced the Rolls Buzz Off to the signal path, converting unbalanced TR cables into a balanced TRS cable signal into the mixer. Buzz was completely erased. Super happy.
