Computer Speakers Volume Not Loud Enough
Steven | 2024-06-16 01:27:47 |
I wasn't expecting much from $50 computer speakers but you'd never know how much they cost from hearing them! They get very loud and have good volume with minimal distortion with increased volume. The quality is okay, too. Even though they are made from hard plastic, it doesn't look/feel too cheap. I think these may be the best computer speakers B&H sells for the money. 5 |

I needed computer speakers that got loud enough for me to hear over my teaching without raising the computer volume beyond 50% (which would make the volume too loud for my zoom participants). I think I tried every pair of small speakers, and these got the loudest (louder than Bose!). The sound is fine for my purpose of teaching a movement class to music over zoom. The separate bass and treble controls are a bonus. I wish they were smaller to store, but they do the job needed, and I am so happy to have found a solution without having to get more complicated with my setup. 5 |

Used it to drive (4) four Atlas M1000 8" Sound Masking speakers. At half volume it was extremely loud. Simple volume control and White / Pink noise selector plus a little bit of EQ. More than most people need. 5 |

I wanted speakers which in no way had to be wired directly to my tv. Also wanted speakers that took up little space because I have a very small apartment. These are perfect for me. Was able to place one behind each end of my couch . Before that had to turn my volume on the tv up very loud to hear it and it always was to loud if a commercial came on or a scene in a movie with loud music. I can run these on a volume of 6 out of 100 and hear everything perfectly. 5 |

Just got these speakers today and my thoughts were that these are not that loud. I am running the volume knob on the speaker itself on max, and controlling audio on my M-Audio USB interface. It usually sits at around half for music playback. In terms of audio quality, these monitors are honest. It wont give you a punchy bass unless you send it through an EQ. Build quality is perfect! No defects on paint, cones or anything that I could pick out. 5 |

I am pleased, I share walls and I feel on my old TV speakers it had to be loud to hear voices well, with this I can have the volume low and still hear voices clearly. It gets VERY loud, I do not see myself really getting all the use out of it for a while. 3D sound is incredible, someone walking and you hear sticks snapping behind you. It is verry immersive. 5 |

The sound is clean. It is loud. On max volume it doesnt stutter like other speakers. Not to mention it looks cool! Absolutely recommend it! 5 |

I have had the JBL Charge 5 red speaker for a few years now and the sound quality is still the same since I bought it. The volume is so loud and great for outdoor use. My vacuum is pretty loud, and with the volume not that high, it overpowers the sound of the vacuum. This speaker is especially awesome while floating rivers. I buy all my speakers from JBL because the quality never disappoints. My JBL speakers have been on so many adventures. 5 |

Had to write this, simply because of the number of folks complaining about surround volume. The wireless speakers are very easy to setup as surround satellite speakers, and I have had no volume issues. They are a little on the low setting by default, however the Roku system makes it very easy to turn up the surround volume and it can be quite loud if necessary. I don't have mine on max, because at that point it's too loud for balance. I currently have the sound bar pro, subwoofer, and 4 satellite speakers. I have absolutely no complaints about the system. The only thing that would be nice is support for Atmos, but they obviously don't advertise as such. 5 |
