This is an update to existing USB drives. The have worked well. I have had the mechanism get stuck, but was able to get it working again. The one failure that we have had was easily replaced under warranty. 5 |

About this mouse, to be truthful I had some issues at first but after some updates and windows updates it finally works and for sure, I believe in the future we will have better mouse products to companion our rigs. It fits in my hand perfectly. Wirelessly or tether its works thumbs up looking forward to your next mouse for my rig. 5 |

I have had Apple phones and iPads but always a Windows PC desktop. I was fed up with waiting for updates to load and waiting for it to boot up when I had very little on my hard drive. I finally bought this little computer, kept my keyboard, mouse and monitor and saved a ton. I absolutely love it! So much more room without the PC tower too. Everything now is seamless with my iPad and cloud info, passwords, etc. It worked perfectly from the start and I couldn't be happier. I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

i was getting a hard drive failure Hb6 first cloning attempt didn't work I defragmented the old drive. The second time i had a solid red light after 3 hours i installed the new hard drive in the computer and it works fine boots right up every thing seems fine So IDK I am going to try it again on another computer everything can be replaced except twenty years of pictures thanks 5 |
