I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I had a horrible time getting this memory to work. After installation, my computer was stuck in a boot/reboot cycle before it even started to POST. It turned out that the memory sockets on my motherboard were either out of tolerance, or had extremely tight tolerances. Either way, the issue was that the memory module was not properly seated. It clicked into the socket and the locking lever locked it in place, but it wasn't making proper electrical contact. It took about an hour and multiple reseatings/checking different sockets to diagnose the problem, but once solved, it's been completely reliable for the several months that it's been installed. 5 |

The keyboard I got with my computer never worked very well as the keys stuck a lot. So I ordered a new KB and mouse This KB is great and much better. Mouse is fine. 5 |
