Computer Table Keyboard Panel

Just the thing I needed. As a musician, my instrument keyboards and Touchscreens are on the table. The computer keyboard and mouse are only used for setup. They easily are stored away from the workspace when not needed

While waiting for the Speed Editor Keyboard to be delivered, I viewed the few YouTube videos already posted. The reviews varied according to whether the reviewer favored the Davinci Resolve Cut panel vs. the Edit panel. (NOTE: The Speed Editor works only with Davinci Resolve, and only with version 17 or later). Keyboard functionality is full in Cut and reduced in Edit. Fortunately, most of my editing is done in the Cut panel, so I can take advantage of the full range of Speed Editor functionality. According to the vendor, the Speed Editor Keyboard is best used with both hands: the left hand to select appropriate function buttons, and the right hand on the scroll wheel. That seems natural after a bit of familiarization with the key layout. I find that the Speed Editor does, indeed, save a lot of time compared to the usual keyboard and mouse interface; however, at least with my edits, I need to also use the keyboard and mouse along with the Speed Editor: it does a lot, but not everything. The keyboard can communicate with Resolve over either bluetooth or a USB-C connection. For producers who may have a lot of clips to review, select in and out points, lay out clips in the timeline, and add transitions, the Speed Editor would be a worthy investment. It is solidly built, the weighted scroll wheel is delightful to use, and its low cost will likely be repaid many times over with the editing time saved. Highly recommended to speed Cut timeline editing in Davinci Resolve.

I purchased these stands for use with table microphones for a panel discussion. They performed well, and are a great value.

These boundary mic performed superbly at a recent meeting with a 10-person panel table. Problems inherent with lavaliere and traditional table mic were eliminated. Highly recommend these mics.

I had an older flourescent tube light table, which still works, but this is much higher quality. I don't think I'll use the battery option for my purpose (using mostly on copy stand to light slides and negatives). And the battery will likely end up failing. But I don't expect that to be a problem. The battery doesn't seem to last all that long (I did try it). But, it works well for occasional field use. As a light table, it's quite good. Probably as bright as my old version, light is very consistent across the panel. When I adjusted a gray card shot in Lightroom with the eyedroper, it said the light was 5600K, so the rating of the panel seems accurate. How it will hold up over time I don't know. The panel has a high-quality feel about it, not cheap feeling in any way. The power/light button works well. I'm only using it on max light output, which seems adequate. Always with for more light, but it's enough. I would buy again.

Setup was easy. Great kit. I do wish the center control panel had a stand instead of being on the floor or table. The microphone cord has a jack as opposed to the three pronged thingy.

This is the second Zagg Case/Keyboard I have owned. It’s the only keyboard that I have found that allows me to type as I would on a full sized computer keyboard.

This IOGEAR GCS110-4 4-Port KVMP switch is my first purcahse of this type of gear...should have bought one years ago. I had checked out one of the other brands, but the manufacturer's web-site had the same photo and description for two models, very confusing. I am using this switch with three computer, Win7, Win8.1 and a Linux rig. I keep the fourth port open for testing other computers, no need to connect one being tested to a separate keyboard and mouse setup. This switch allows me to easily switch between computers via keyboard shortcuts. I have a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse which share a single wireless USB dongle, plugging the dongle into the keyboard USB port of the monitor area of the switch allows me to use the keyboard and mouse on all computers. I did have to uninstall the Logitech software which allowed for custom keyboard layout (volume up/down, next track, etc.) as it seemed to conflict with the way the KVMP switch emulated Keyboard and Mouse Control...not an issue for me in this case. I am not a hard-core gamer, thus do not have a mouse with 92 buttons on it..more of a FPS and Flight Sim guy here. I like the fact that I can switch the keyboard/mouse, Vidoe and USB separately from the audio, that is I can have music playing on one computer, switch the Keyboard/Mouse, Video, and USB to another computer and still hear the music from the first computer. I have all my external drives and printers connected directly to the Win7 computer working as a server for all my data. I have a USB hub connected to the KVMP input which is accessed by whichever computer I am using for such things as my web-cam, joystick, multimedia card reader, and ID CAC Card Reader. I started taking IT classes and now I can easily do remote access, learned how to access Windows Shared Folders from the Linux box...and more, having the computers side by side with one control system is a Godsend. I would recommend this switch to anyone considering such a purchase.

Exactly what I needed, had a all in one computer that had to be mounted off the table, it is heavier than a monitor, this mount was the thing.
