I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I am happy with my new extender screen for working on multiple things at once. Because of Windows 10 the monitor came up without the installing. I still did the installing as the product described. The way it allows one to be flexible with the attachments is super. Would have likes it to be a bit bigger, but that is minor at this time. I had an older version that had conflict with Windows 10. Driver signing had to be turned off to work I had the drivers installed. Windows found the SVIDUSB2323 immediately. The tech support was excellent. Two conversions of VCR movies worked smoothly with the earlier SVIDUSB232. 5 |

Using this mic on Windows 10 as USB mic it's on the quiet side. Needs the gain turned all the way up. As an XLR mic it's also a bit quiet but preamps pull it up. 5 |

I switch between a Window 7, Windows XP, and Mac computer with no problems. Once I turned off the mouse emulation I was able to use MS Sidewinder. No problems with wired or wireless keyboard/mouse. 5 |
