I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I've used these for years to backup photos. Just got two of them, one for photo backup and one to backup the backup. Turns out Windows 7 will assign a drive for the first one but gets stumped when the second one is connected. You have to go in to the nitty gritty areas of Windows and physically assign an available drive ID - I used I and then everyone was happy. 5 |
