I use this extension pole,running microphones high up for concert recording . This extension pole along with a clamp is perfect in many applications. It allows me to run my mics high up above the crowd level, while clamping to theatre seats. Its closed lenght is a bit long.

I use these cables in a live recording application (concert taping), and I enjoy them quite a bit. they are priced right & do a great job. their frequency response is everything you would expect from the star quad cables. I highly reccomend these cables.

I used the H6 for a rehearsal recording, a lecture/performance recording and a concert in a small recital space. I was pleased with the quality of the recordings. I was able to record at 96k/24b for over an hour with no battery or memory limitations.

This works well for me to hold an XY pair of mics for concert recording and takes up very little room in the bag I'm using to transport it!

I used this mic to record a concert at a church on two different occasions. The first recording was done directly in front of the stage, near the subs. The mic picked up the band's sound, pretty much flawlessly, even with the sub woofers so close. The next recording was done off to the side of the stage. Once again, the sound was picked up superbly. Although, the drums were loud and on that side, the sound still recorded very well. I would recommend this mic if you need additional attention to sound.

After recording 32 tracks at a concert and discovering that every single track had popping and clicking I was severely stressing. Izotope saved the day. Lots of work, but incredible results. I almost trashed the recording but it turned out okay after several treatments in Izotope.
