Condense Data Quickbooks Online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! So far it works Fine. Still adding data. I alway have an online backup as well but it's nice to have redundancy.

Received this for Christmas, works great; especially when you don't want to check baggage. you can now condense everything in your carry on.

I used this product for underwater phothgraphy. The temperature inside the water and out where diferent and the housing was never condense

As a documentary filmmaker, I'm constantly looking for ways to condense my rig and these cables are perfect. They can also be rotated easily. They are very snug!

I bought the smaller packing cube for a 5 week trip to Europe this year and loved having it to condense and organize my stuff. It feels durable and was handy for separating clean and dirty items. I definitely want to buy more.

Love this card!! It's the biggest (most memory) card I've ever bought. It holds so much more than it advertises. I am going to condense some of my older 256gb cards and put the contents all on this and future cards. I hadn't even thought about this possibility until now!! So I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer! This will keep things so much more organized both professionally and personally!!

Well-constructed boxes with dividers allowed me to condense 7 slide carousels—which took up almost 2 vertical feet of space— into 3 small boxes with room to spare in the third box. Very pleased with this product.

I use a Rodecaster Pro for my podcast and radio show which is sometimes mobile. I have always looked for a solution to condense and minimize cords on the desk. The DigitalFoto cable is a good solution, however I was hoping it would connect and charge directly from my laptop, but being able to use one dual port USB-C power brick is perfect enough!
