Conference Room Computer Speakers

We used it for apple macbooks in a hotel conference room to use over the house speakers. All that was available were XLR mic inputs every 30' or so. This worked like a charm. All the videos had great sound quality, and we didn't have to bring in a mixer or additional speakers. Great for traveling with a small amount of gear for these type of corporate gigs.

We used this product in the ceiling of our conference room. These speakers are VERY loud for only having a 1-watt amplifier built in. You will NEED to purchase separately, the 24 volt power supply for EACH speaker in use in order to install these and have them function. Installation is super-easy and requires NO tools if mounting in suspended ceiling tiles. I highly recommend these.

My company needed a new camera for our conference room. I had recently ordered an Alfatron Salut for my office (from B&H as well) and I really like it, so I researched the Alfatron PTZ camera options and settled on this 10x USB camera. As always, shipping from B&H is quick. We set the camera up in the conference room using the wall mount that was INCLUDED in the box! It came with all the necessary cabling for various situations to include the RS-232 cable, a power cord, and a USB y cable. That said, we were connecting directly to the computer, so all we needed was the included USB cable which powers the camera. You do need to plug both USB jacks on the y side into the computer for the camera to properly work. Once we figured that out, the rest was easy. The included remote control for the camera is easy to use as well. You can get to the menu of the camera if you need to make critical changes and you can save multiple presets using the remote which is nice in a conference room situation. The 10x zoom gets some really good close-up shots and the panning feature gives you almost 360 degrees of coverage. Overall, another great product from Alfatron and another happy shopping experience with B&H. This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product.

The room lighting for my video conference feed was poor and phone/computer camera exposure settings were not adequate. I was looking for a mobile phone selfie-light (those LED circle ring types) and found this one. If you're going to buy a piece of equipment, you'll get what you pay for. As the natural light changes in my`new' office, I'm able to adjust the intensity of this light so that there are no facial shadows on the video feed.

I used this cable to hook up a ceiling-mounted projector to a computer in a conference room. It works great.

The conference room has a 50' USB run from the computer to camera, and not all cameras work consistently over it. This one is stable and clear, so we bought one for each of the three rooms.

I ordered an Alfatron Salut video camera to replace my existing camera/mic system in our small conference room.  I immediately noticed an improvement in the quality of the picture over our old camera and the sound quality from the built-in speakers in our meeting area was a vast improvement over the computer speaker we were using.  A larger room should really have a larger speaker system as it doesn’t get much louder than the computer speakers, but for our purposes it is plenty.  We used it on a couple of ZOOM meetings already and we were told that we sounded much clearer with the Salut than with our old set up.  For $250, the Salut is a great update to any small meeting room situation.
