Configuring 3 Displays With Dell Docking Station

So simple to install and works seamlessly with my Dell docking station.

Used to connect between HP laptop docking station and Dell monitor. Worked well.

The docking station comes with a power supply, USB-Ccable and metal solid stand, as opposed to the cheap plastic stands of others. Amazing functionality being able to use up for four 4K displays and/or 1080p displays and the functionality of 97W charging capability. The SD micro and SD mini slot is also a convenience rather than having an extra peripheral hanging somewhere off the dock. Its sleek design goes well with any work from home set up or even corporate working system. Not much left more to include in a docking station of this caliber. Highly Recommended.

Is a USB C docking station and is great for MacBook pros because it also replace the charger. Additionally has several USB ports, Ethernet, a USB c PD charging port, and an headphone and mic jack. It also works with Chrome or Windows PC.

I had a dell docking station but it would not allow me to turn on the laptop from it. I could only turn on or wake up the laptop by opening it up. The HP docking station allows the me to turn the laptop on without having to open it up. Please with my HP docking station

I got a couple new DisplayPorts to connect my BenQ monitors with my Dell 6000S docking station. These are super solid! I like how they sort of clip into each socket so they never fall out on their own.

If you have a Dell Latitude with a docking station, the only way you can get full resolution on a 30 monitor is with a DisplayPort cable. This did the trick.

Solves the problem of not being able to get 3 video outputs when using 2 normal DisplayPort cables on a Dell docking station.

Using this docking station with my Dell XPS15. One Thunderbolt connection is now all I need to have my laptop connected to two QHD monitors (one of them widescreen), desktop speakers, keyboard/mouse, and a backup hard drive. That still leaves a few ports available for additional accessories. The only thing that would possibly make this dock better would be the SD card readers that some other brands include. It's nice to be able to just unplug one connection to go portable - and plug back in for a desktop-like experience. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This works quite well as long as you don't use a Dell USB docking station. That docking station overwhelms the USB bus with video signal and makes any other hub time out. Can't even use the docking station just for video and this for the USB. Otherwise it works like a charm. Fast switching between machines.
