It's roomy enough for my iPad Air including the Bluetooth keyboard I attached to it. The handles are sewn securely to the case. I can easily slide the handles over my wrist when I need to use both hands temporarily for something else. I'm glad it doesn't have a shoulder strap like so many other cases.
