Connect Brother Printer To Wireless Network

I am a small business owner who was looking for a printer & scanner that was color, compact & had a wireless Wi-Fi connection. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro checks all these boxes. The setup process was SUPER easy. It took less than 10 minutes. I used the LCD touch screen to connect to my WIFI network. I love being able to connect to this using the wireless network. This printer’s size is perfect for a small business owner because it does not take up a lot of room on your desk. You can use all paper sizes with this printer, however, there is only one paper tray that fits letter size. If you need to print with legal size, you must feed the paper through a slot (which is not ideal) but works fine. This is a very solid printer with enough functions to use as your main printer for your small business.

I use this to connect my laptop to my printer. It's great because I can't get my printer on the wireless network at my school and this cord lets me use it. It's a bit short but other than that works great and wasn't expensive.

We use this in our business it is a very efficient machine, easy to use and connect with network, always like the Brother quality.

Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

I had an 8-year old Brother printer that had bad connectivity issues in my home mesh WiFi environment. Then the time came that I had to replace all four toners, so instead I spent SIGNIFICANTLY less $$ to purchase this new machine complete with 6-months worth of toner (very light home office use; more scanning than printing). With this Canon I get modern WiFi to connect to our network. Everyone in the house can easily print from MacBooks, iPads & iPhones via WiFi. The Brother just couldn't find or stay connected to our network. Even plugging into the ethernet didn't solve that so the old printer could only be used w/ a USB cable. There are NONE of those issues with the Canon. Worked right out of the box like I expect from new tech. I'm impressed with the scanning software, too. Better than the Brother app, but YMMV So far very happy with this purchase. 5-stars. And as always, B&H makes tech buying simple. Plus next-day delivery over 100-miles from NYC. Flawless!! Should have bought a Brother earlier. Have had Samsung and HP printers, they never really could connect wireless very well. The Brother just works. Always.

Synology makes setting up this mesh router fairly simple. Power it on next to your router, use the DS router app and you're up and running in about 15 minutes. I have four of them and they are all wired. So make sure you follow the instructions and connect it wirelessly to the router first, then take it where you want on the network and plug it in. The ability to add a dozen of the MR2200's to my router means that I can create a reliable and fast wireless network that rivals my wired network in terms of square footage and then go beyond the building. My wireless devices automatically drop and connect as I move around. I could not be happier with this device because it is reliable and the range meets all my needs. I have no complaints from my network users.
